Picture Hang Solutions will accept returns for exchange or refund that are requested within 14 days of your order ship date. Merchandise that has been in your possession beyond this period of time cannot be returned. Call or email us for approval before returning any item. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Except in cases where we have made an error, you are responsible for merchandise shipment back to us. This cost, the original shipping cost and any related shipping charges (e.g. Small Order Fees) are not refundable. A 15% restocking charge ($3.00 minimum) will be assessed on items returned without fault. Please include a copy of your invoice/sales receipt with the returned merchandise. Do not return items to our PO Box address. Our physical address is: Picture Hang Solutions, 232 Orange Grove Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Be sure to contact us first before returning any item. Refunds or exchanges are contingent on receipt and inspection by us of the returned material. All items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as we receive and inspect your return. For refunds, a refund check will be mailed to you within one week after we receive and inspect your return. In cases where we have made a mistake (wrong item sent, something missing from your order), please notify us by phone or email and we will correct the situation immediately at no cost to you. Claims for product damage due to improper handling in transit will be made to the third-party carrier responsible (e.g. UPS). Refuse at delivery (do not sign for) any item where the package contents appear to be damaged or missing and contact us for a replacement. Please feel free to contact us by email or telephone before you order if you have questions or are not sure if an item will be suitable. This will save everyone time and trouble.
