Online shopping is available 24/7 and allows you to make whatever changes you want to your order before submitting it. Exact shipping charges are calculated as you add or remove items from the shopping cart and you are sent an email confirmation notice from us immediately after your order is placed. Our shopping cart allows you to obtain specific pricing information, including shipping costs, without providing any personal information other than a shipping address Zip Code. Nothing is transmitted to us if you decide not to proceed further.
Ordering By Telephone We can take your credit card order over the phone during our normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our phone number is 919-732-8364. Please have the information listed below ready when you call.
Since phone orders are initially entered on a paper form, if you need an exact total for an order placed over the telephone we will have to put you on hold for several minutes while the order is entered into our system. Some of our customers prefer to work up their order online in our shopping cart and then call it in to us. This is fine. You will know the exact product total and shipping charge beforehand if you take this approach. Once again, nothing is transmitted to us if you decide not to submit the shopping cart order online. You can print out the shopping cart page for your records and then clear the cart or simply abandon it before calling us.
